Photography Services

Picture Precision Photography provides professional photography services including but not limited to wedding photography, portrait sessions, and event photography. All services are subject to availability and booking confirmation.

Booking and Payment

A deposit is required to secure your booking date. The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the photography session. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Copyright and Usage Rights

Picture Precision Photography retains copyright to all images created. Clients receive usage rights for personal use. Commercial use of images requires separate licensing agreement. We reserve the right to use images for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise specified in writing.

Delivery and Timeline

Edited images will be delivered within 2-4 weeks after the photography session via online gallery. Rush delivery is available for additional fee. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not responsible for missed shots due to technical failures, late arrivals of key individuals, or other circumstances beyond our control.
